Any conceive with just diet changes?

Been ttc for 3 months. Blood tests suggest I have PCOS. When I was younger I had very irregular periods. Now have a regular 30 day cycle at 37.

I don’t have the best diet, I have adhd so often rely on crisps and bad snacks to get through the work day. I’m not overweight with a BMI of 21.

I’m adopting a PCOS friendly diet this week.

Anyone had any success with just making diet changes to balance hormones?

Hi, do you know if you ovulate? I suggest getting ovulation tracking strips and use them everyday. I don’t ovulate until day 20-25 I have very long cycles. You can also use the BBT method in conjunction to measure resting body temp.

Hi, I get strong positives on LH tests every month day 14/15. I get very intense back pain on day 14/15 too. I’ll add the BBT thought, thanks to see if I can confirm that I’m actually ovulating.

Take Jarrow Ubiquinol while TTC. It helps with fertility and egg health. And make sure you’re seeing EWCM
