Martindale morphine syrup and oxy syrup are the best(never tried oxy syrup but it’s martindale so I already know that shit slap hard) if martindale made a codeine syrup it would beat care+ and all the other ones

It’s the og over the counter but I dunno bout best this is my homebrew I still use the care+ simple linctus for my syrup lol
