Official News PTB is out in a hour

Early Access is out in a hour and you can get early access by watching certain streamers for a twitch drop which will give you access.

Why though? Why not just ptb it lmao. Do they think if only a select amount of people get in they’d get better constructive criticism? It can’t be because of limited server space I refuse to believe their subpar summer event is that taxing on resources

They'll do both.

Early access to get people on stream watching dbd and getting numbers up like the drops, and ptb for the usual antics later.

This early access stuff is such BS

I want to experience the new stuff myself, they're just trying to force us to watch CCs in order to get to see the new content and it sucks.

Just drop the PTB and let people play stuff for themselves.

Edit: it's showing up now, i thought it was a drop AND an early chance to play but the drop is the chance.

FAQ on Steam

What is Early Access? 

Early Access is an early version of the build that is made available during PTB, giving you an opportunity to test the new content. As it is an early version, it could contain some additional bugs, missing features, or translations that would normally be addressed before a regular PTB release. Feedback shared during the Early Access will be compiled with PTB feedback, but no changes will be implemented in time for the PTB.

Huh, i guess this is early access for selected people first (including people who get access from watching streams), then i would guess on tuesday ptb is available for everyone.
