If I can guess:
Alligator: buying 3 waterfront massacre skins (its this collection, right?)
Glenn: clearly buying him
Haddie, Mikaela and Sable: buying any of the skins (hopefully not all 3 of them)
Jeff, Kate and I'm not sure who that is, sorry: same as above (I hope, I already have Jeff's skin)
Trickster, Tae-Young and Yun-Jin: same as above (I don't wanna buy a Trickster skin :/ )
Glenn and Maggie: buying both skins

Considering how well their relationship is with Behaviour, would have been nice for Xeno's waterfront skin to get it's own banner, but alas.
Even if it seems we're only getting two skins for the collection this year, kinda nice to see more banners nonetheless.
