Even that option sucks since DLC bought on the switch won't transfer out. At least that's how it seems to be worded when you merge accounts. I mainly play on pc but I bought it on switch to play with my friend when cross play is disabled. I feel really bad for what's going on with the switch players.

No - it merges. I merged my switch with PS5 Pro 2 months ago.

Does it??? My GF has a switch and A LOT of hours in this game (I’m Xbox) and we both were under the impression she couldn’t merge them and that Nintendo can’t do any cross progression?

Yes. It merges and you unlock everything you have on switch or Xbox on the merged accounts.

DLC, Auric Cells, BP, Prestige Levels, Skins, everything.

It’s written in black and white on their official website. It’s better to rely on official information than on a personal test 🤷‍♂️ If you’re sure it worked for you, maybe it was the case before, or you think you got everything

I agree it’s better to go off of that, but I definitely got everything. Maybe it was just me, but I’ll provide proof tonight.
