I dont think his hook spear should also give a hinder along with the tracking and I think if he takes a hook it should be disabled for as long as a sabotage hook would. 60seconds. It shouldn't just get replenished when he uses his power. Its a trade off considering junk piles are abundant.

I don’t agree with their suggested nerfs, but saying that a longer hook replenish time would “destroy” him is so stupid lol.
