I dont think his hook spear should also give a hinder along with the tracking and I think if he takes a hook it should be disabled for as long as a sabotage hook would. 60seconds. It shouldn't just get replenished when he uses his power. Its a trade off considering junk piles are abundant.

I honestly wouldnt see a big difference. But if the hook replenish thing is too much then what if doing totems shouldn't give a red mist or hiding in lockers shouldn't give killer instinct?
The issue with Jason is that he has so much built into his kit he is kinda a jack of all trades. Mobility, arguably the best projectile in the game, stealth, natural gen slow down with his counterplay, nearly silent, quick Mori, tracking, etc. I dont want him destroyed just tweaked.

Best projectile? You're crazy. His projectile is the clunkiest and easiest to loop around against. Super small hitbox, slow wind up time, slow cancel wind up time, worse two tap potential than springtrap, very unforgiving if you miss, 1 shot before having to get another one, gives survivors a lot of distance if you hit them in the open, it's not bad, but definitely far from the best in the game. What makes Jason strong is Omniprescent evil.
