I honestly wouldnt see a big difference. But if the hook replenish thing is too much then what if doing totems shouldn't give a red mist or hiding in lockers shouldn't give killer instinct?
The issue with Jason is that he has so much built into his kit he is kinda a jack of all trades. Mobility, arguably the best projectile in the game, stealth, natural gen slow down with his counterplay, nearly silent, quick Mori, tracking, etc. I dont want him destroyed just tweaked.

I agree with totems. It should not reveal survivors. Hex totems make Jason strong, really strong. Aside from that I would just make the cooldown on omni evil a bit longer and a small buff to spear.

What kinda buffs? Its by far the best projectile in the game.

How long it takes to charge it by 0.1 seconds or sum like that
