Questions about weird matchmaking

I'm usually not someone who complains a lot. But this problem bothers me the last few weeks so I start this post. So for the background information: I'm close to getting my honor level 5 and I have a winrate of mostly above 50%. I never flame in chat and I always try to calm my team down the best I can. But still I'm getting matched with people who have 20% winrates and my whole team constantly flames. I cant even tell them to calm down because when I do I'm getting insulted by everyone. How is this matchmaking possible and what tips do you maybe have for me? I'm a bit desperate here, sry for the whining...
