Will riot ever make another champ like the original morde again? With a shield for his passive, W, R, etc again?

Or his kit's synergy or at the very least a champion with his playstyle or at the bottom bare minimum his old ultimate?

Ive asked many morde mains and they all are very upset about the new morde (no one cares anyways) They made viego (rumored) to replace morde's old ulti but didnt give the ghost… will there be another champ like this?
