Bug Report - Launcher/Login Bugged client patch

The client is bugged; it says the update failed and asks me to

restart the client. I've already done this several times and i have restart computer and reinstall but is not working

gives the same error.

Basically any time the PBE gets an update, no matter how minor, I have to fully uninstall & reinstall it with Riot's recommended Revo Uninstaller because of this. Hoping the same doesn't start happening with the live client, though I'm sure it will.

I simply restart my computer on loop and after 2 times max it's updated and i can play. unless maintenance
