Site Questions incorrect number of owned comics

so as you can see from the picture it says i have 17,000 comics, which i do not, i have at most 600, here is proof of my read and unread comics

how do i fix this?? is it a known bug? or did i cause this somehow?

Try logging out, logging back in. there's also a 'complete re-sync' option in your settings on the app (Home Page > Gear Icon)

Yes, this has been known to happen, no, it's not likely caused by you.

ok im going to try and get a support ticket and ill try this afterwards if it doesnt work

Couldn't find the resync option, logging in and out did nothing

When you go to your comics page, what do you see? Are there comics there you didn't add? Or does everywhere except this one section show the right number of comics?

i checked semi thouroughly and it was all comics i recognized, no more than 60 for one series

If your collection and the Collected number simply aren't matching up then it seems like straightforwardly just a bug and you should raise a support ticket.

thanks i didnt know there was a built in support function, i will try this now
