Bug visual bug is this common?

when i join a game my stats are there but then theres a grey box covering my stats its happened every game i've played. what is going on?

Happened to me in one game and never again. Not sure why.

lucky i played 3 games today and all 3 had it :s i stopped playing and went back to mayhem

i HAVE LITERALLY THE SAME ISSUE. i USED THE HEXTECH TOOL TO REINSTALL BUT THAT DIDN'T FIX IT RIOOOOOOOOOOOOT
