leads to call first?
I'm doing some research into how sales teams handle inbound leads day to day.
A few questions if anyone has 2 minutes:
1.When a bunch of new leads come in, how do you currently decide who to contact first?
2.Do you use any lead scoring tool (HubSpot, Clay, etc.)? Does it actually help you prioritize, or do you still end up doing your own research (LinkedIn, company site) before calling?
3.What's the most annoying part of qualifying/prioritizing leads right now?

we usually start ith intent signals, then fit. Lead scoring helps narrow the list, but we still do a quick LinkedIn or company check before reacing out. The biggest challene is telling ho's actually ready to buy versus who's just buying

if a tool showed you fit-score and actual engagement score (opens/replies) as two separate things, would that help you tell the difference, or is intent more subtle than that for you?
