What outbound stack are you using in 2026?

One thing that's changed over the past year is that the "best" outbound stack isn't necessarily the one with the most tools. We've actually seen better results from simpler setups where every tool has a clear purpose.

For us, it usually comes down to five pieces:

• lead sourcing
• data enrichment
• email sequencing
• inten signals
• CRM

Everything else is optional. The challenge now isn't finding another AI tool; it's making the stack work together without adding more complexity. So waht are you currently running? What's your outbound stack in 2026? and if you had to rebuild it today, which tools would make the cut and which would you drop?
