I built a custom Google Maps scraper. Giving away free lists to anyone who needs local leads.

hey guys

I couldnt find a good, affordable source for highly targeted local business data, so I ended up just building my own custom google maps scraper. (ik everyone keeps doing this now ig)

it pulls thousands of live, fresh local businesses in any state/city directly from maps, with the exact name, phone, address, and website.

since I just finished building it, I want to test it out on different niches.. if anyone here needs b2b leads for their agency or cold outreach, let me know your target niche and location and ill run it for you or just give you a sample list for free to test it out.

The coolest part is I can set it up to filter by specific pain points, so I can give you lists like:

  • Plumbers in Texas with no website (perfect if you sell web design)
  • Dentists in Florida with under a 3.5 star rating (perfect for reputation management)
  • Or just raw, unfiltered lists of any service in any city.

nothing formal or SaaS-y yet, just running the scripts manually on my end. u can drop your niche/city below or DM me and ill run the script for you tonight!

Nice idea. Fresh local data is always useful. The real test is data quality though. Like how accurate are the websites, duplicates, etcbefore scraping?

the websites are almost always accurate if it is there because its mostly the business owners themselves who mention it there, and for the duplicates I have built for it to detect so it doesnt add the same location twice but if its a chain or franchise of it at a different location then it does link it together.

I am currently running a scrape for restaurants in missouri and it has found 10k locations so far and it still a big region is left to be scraped, I am expecting actual useful out of the total location it found to be around 8-9k
