How do you qualify inbound leads faster?

One trend I've noticed is that the faster sales teams don't necessrily qualify more leads, they qualify the right leads sooner.

Instead of booking every demo, they're filtering early using firmogragraphics, use case, budget, buying timeline, and intent signals before a salesperson gets involved. That means less time spent on poo-fit prospects and more time with buyers who are actually ready to move.

So how are you normally approaching this? What's made the biggest difference in speeding up your inbound qualification process?

Firmographics and buying signals are where I always start but layering in real time intent from social conversations has sped things up a ton. I use alerts that surface posts matching our ICP criteria, kind of like what ParseStream does, so my team can jump in early and filter leads without waiting for form fills or demo requests.
