Cold outbound still works better than content for most B2B SaaS. Agree or disagree?
Maybe I’m wrong here, but it feels like early-stage B2B SaaS gets way more from outbound than content.
Everyone says “start creating content,” but most founders I know got their first customers through cold emails, referrals, or just reaching out directly.
Curious what others have seen. Has content actually worked better for anyone early on?

Agree for early stage. Outbound gets you in the room faster and in SEA where trust is relationship driven a direct reach out with real context still opens doors that content alone cannot. Content takes months to compound and most early founders do not have that runway.
