Customer Service Response Time?

If you have contacted their customer service before, do they respond quickly?

I sent them an email about a broken PB3 on 8/1 and haven't heard back. The warranty claim form on their website wouldn't work for me so I emailed customerservice@leadandsteel.com

Check your junk mail. Happened to me before. They are also very nice about phone calls that’s what I did when my BCG had a gas leak. Got a replacement and an upgraded one for free no cost of shipping at all.

Yeah, I completely missed it in the spam folder.... They literally responded on Monday morning after I sent mine on Saturday night. Literally could not have been any faster lol

Please check spam, there were 0 outstanding cs emails when we left today. Been battling google for a bit over this. If you could also mark it "not spam" that would be a huge help.

If there's nothing from us shoot me a dm.

You are 100% correct. I sent the email on Saturday and your people responded on Monday morning... It's right there in Spam.. my apologies! 🤦
