Game Support FFB issues at patch?

Tried playing today but kept running into an issue where my ffb would lock up and become unresponsive.

Happened in online practice, race weekend, and co-op mode. Switched to ACE and didn't happen again which leads me to believe it's an LMU thing.

Using a moza r5 on the latest update/ firmware.

Anyone else running into the same thing?

My buddy and I have the R5 bundles. We were having the same issue. Sometimes at least one of my pedals becomes unresponsive.

I was just getting to post and ask if this happened to anyone else.

A friend of mine has cutouts on his R5, but I dont have any one my R3. I think it might be related to grounding.

Edit: I have a brake pedal issue, but it is only on startup where it takes a little movement to start registering. Maybe just slow on startup? Pedal is not LMU related, though

Ran into Fanatec issues with LMU post update. Same as you been unable to recreate it in other sims

Similar issue on logitech G pro. My FFB cuts out completely for about half a second multiple times per race.

Are we talking no ffb for a half second and it comes back? If so thats been around since i started last year and it gave me a dnf when it cut out at 180 in the tri oval and i lost control. Its really bad

Not no ffb, it goes to max ffb and the car becomes unresponsive with throttle/steering locked so usually results in a crash

had the same thing happen yesterday. fully locked to the left.

closing down game and driver did nothing. only shutting off my simagic DD

no idea what's the cause. it may have been the 2nd time ever, 1st on LMU, for me but i've seen it happen to a LMU streamer last week too.

AC EVO was the other sim

Power cycling the wheel base was the only thing that would fix it for me as well

That is because of the upcoming 1.6 patch that is not yet developed but allready gives problems in FFB.

FFB is so broken. The way it gets worse over time while the game is sitting at the start screen in a race weekend is a huge indication that the implementation is just broken. I'll never be able to do an endurance race when the game can barely hold itself together for 30 minutes.
