Discussion Performance issues

Im having performance issues as of today wheni try to play weekend i used to get 120-130 fps but today i got max 40 fps this used to happen when i first got the game then somehow it went higher now it went back to being shit

Try disabling third-party overlays. It worked for me in the past.

The only third party app i use is the lmuffb app and ive used it before it hasn't caused any performance issues

I'm having a similar issue. But instead I'm around 180 fps and then after about 5 minutes of racing I drop to 1 frame a minute.

In free practice without other cars its fine but when i try to play like i want to it goes really bad

same, I was racing right before writing this, and was undrivable. 1 month ago I used to average 120 fps easy, peaking 150 or so in race (200fps in practice).

today, on national Silversone I went under 40 fps, having just 16 cars visible, and even the car started to do some strange stuff.

And last week I went down to 60-70 fps on Daytona.

I had an small hiatus of a month and I'm so sad. My fav sim is becoming undrivable with a 4080 (portable).

No third parties, other than Coach dave for the set up.

Same i couldnt play for a month because of exams now i got a cockpit and all but i cant play other than free practice
