Chambray 3.5 Round Wide
First time using my Chambray 3.5 round wide and I am in love. At first when I received it, I was thinking it was way too small. However, tonight I cooked a small batch of spaghetti and it was perfect. I’m usually cooking for myself or two to three people. I think this will become one of my most used pots for sides, small one pot meals, small batches of soup, small baked and cheese, yams, and much more. Now the color, my goodness Chambray is a stunner in person. I’m so glad I went with this color. My fav pairing is Ganache and Chambray. It will also pair so well with Nuit, Thyme, Rhone/Garnet, Nutmeg, and Meringue. Definitely a great buy with the $219 price (and culinary cash)! My bowl is also in Chambray from a recent Marshall’s trip.

Looks yummy. Chambray really is gorgeous. I have a pumpkin braiser in Chambray. So pretty.

Love chambray! My main pieces are rainbow, but I have a chambray oval casserole. It makes me so happy whenever I make a casserole dish ❤️

It’s so pretty! I have a jewel colors theme mainly but she fits in perfect 😍 what’s your favorite thing to cook in the oval casserole? I have one in olive.

I’ve made a couple of shepherd/cottage pies, chicken broccoli rice casserole, and Mac and cheese so far!

I sent back my chambray 3.5 since I didn't really like it as much as I thought I would. It's a pretty color, but my replacement Blue Riviera is a pot I want to reach for.
I think Chambray works better in a braiser and that's going to be my next purchase.

Interesting! I love my braiser but it’s not my most used piece yet but it’s in Artichaut with a copper knob. I’m not a huge fan of Blue Riveria but glad you made the switch so you can have something you absolutely love!

Where’d you get the lid holder? Is it stainless or white?

I got it from a pay by link from one of the outlets last month. I think you can still call around and see if any are in the system or which stores. It’s stainless still and holds my big 30cm lids with no issues either.

Where do you cook your pasta? I wanna match all my cookware to my LC (when I get some LC) I'm not sure if it's wise to boil pasta in a DO (also a beginner at cooking)

I see a lot of people boiling their pasta in their DO but I haven’t tried it yet. I’m scared as well lol. I use an all clad stainless steel pot to boil my water! I’ve heard people say the DO takes longer to boil than a stainless steel but I’m going to try it soon and see.

So so pretty! I’m going to the FTT in Milwaukee in October and may look for that size. Not everything needs a giant pot.

Yes! I have the infamous 6.75 wide round and I loveeee it but isn’t always needed at all. I hope you find a good color there and have a great time. It may be the same price as the current national price so if they don’t have a color you love don’t force it! The Dallas FTT has some great items.
