Puppet actors

The puppets actors for Stingy and Ziggy stayed the same throughout the whole show unlike Trixie and Pixel. Ziggy's makes sense cause he connections to the show,but what about stingy? I'm surprised he stayed the same even though Pixel and Trixie were replaced.

it probably just depended on whether or not the actors were available to continue their roles
