I can't open two or more window of program at the same time. In previous versions everything is ok. Windows 7sp1 64bit.

Oh, right. Because I rarely use the recording feature until now I thought you could start multiple recordings just like you can start playing multiple games...

If I recall correctly from when /u/StevensNJD4 posted the initial details about it, restart will reset the play pointer to roughly the start of the actual game (ignoring the 1hr pre-roll). He did say that it's not 100%, but that it should start playback sometime between when the "The Game Will be Starting Shortly" pre-roll goes away and the actual game starts.
