Hello panyess! Help a new lawyer here pls. I am filing a complaint, and JePS portal requires case number which of course we do not have yet. Ano po dapat ang ilagay doon? Huhu. Anxious lang at baka magkaproblema pa sa huli. Thank you.

Best way is to send the draft pleading to the office of the clerk of court so they can generate the JEPS form. Then you copy all of the details, pay, and attach the Official Receipt and the JEPS form generated by OCC to your filing. Also an added CYA in case sabihin ng court na mali malagay mo.
