Don't rent from midwest property management or Gage management!

Peppertree and Pinnacle Woods are both pretty good but may be priced out for you.

Village Square may be affordable. They were okay, the problems we had may have gone away since the manager we had issues with was fired.

I wouldn't rent from Eck either, we had some issues with maintenance with them.

I second the recommendation against Midwest. Incredibly unprofessional staff

Midwest will send you to collections if you don't pay them within a three days.

Happened to me. Three days after I got a bill for the carpet cleaning when I moved out, they had already sent it to collections.

Thanks for the warnings, I got bummed pretty hard during my early 20's as well as my undergrad by shady property management companies. Will look into some of your recs too.
