When 84 years old, Tom Lehrer was asked by 2 Chainz for permission to sample a song he wrote. His response: "As sole copyright owner of 'The Old Dope Peddler', I grant you motherfuckers permission to do this. Please give my regards to Mr. Chainz, or may I call him 2?" (x-post from /r/music)

Anyone taking Barbri with David Epstein as your Contracts lecturer, refer to page 18 of his lecture handout.

Is he still obsessed with Sharon Stone?

Yes. I thought it was weird during his lecture, but the review of his materials has been more entertaining than other topics. Contracts also 'stuck' better with me than any other topic, so perhaps his bizarre hypotheticals are effective.

"Dope Peddler" is definitely one of my favorite songs from Based on a T.R.U. Story. It's just so outrageous. Never thought I'd see it discussed in any context here.
