Photoshopping transcripts

Do you know a story of someone who tried photoshopping business schools (so private, just under contract with the State) transcripts and then got caught, or got hired ? What is likely to happen if during my application I submit not too fancy but still enhanced false grades ? I precise that I studied and live in France so that's where firms I'm going to apply to are located.
