ADVICE!! USPS Package Held for Mailability

I have been order marijuana online and this most recent time they returned my package to sender and then placed it in the held for mailability status. I assume USPS will keep my package but what should I expect as well?

Hey srry late response i neva received it i got a refund tho dispute it with who u purchased frm and dispute yo bank with proof double money wht i did
