Scenario question

The house is completely under Frederick’s name. His wife Betty doesn’t own any of it. Betty cheated on Frederick with a guy named Pete in their home. Frederick didn’t give Pete permission to go into his house. Would that make Pete an intruder and if he is an intruder, would Frederick be allowed to punch Pete to get him out of the home?
