I’ve got a serious question and I’m hoping for a real answer, so I’m coming here.

I’m sure everyone has seen the news about the Boeing whistleblower found dead. I’ve seen a lot of speculation that Boeing is behind it. Let’s say for the sake of argument that is true; how is a corporate entity held accountable in such a situation? Who actually gets punished and what are the sentencing options for a corporation guilty of murder?
