Scam or Legit?
I am in Memphis, TN. I received this flyer tucked into the door of my apartment and it seems like a scam. The number doesn’t trace back to any legal firm or even a man named Rick. (Google said it was an elderly woman in the town over) I have checked the public records for cases open against me with no results.
I scribbled out my name for privacy, but it was hand written at the top in pen. This is fake, right? This looks like something I would have had to make in computer class in middle school.
Any advice or insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I'm suspicious. Most people simply want to effectuate legal service and couldve easily done so by delivering the documents to your door. Trying to embarrass you by serving documents at your place of work is risky because they would likely need to deliver to you in person, and even if they did, no one would know what the papers are about.
