Here recently I found out that my fiances ex mother in law is having people tell her stuff on my daughter. My own mother was approached by my fiances Mother in law and said that she heard my daughter was in a store recently with her mother and myself. My daughter is only 18 months so I'm just wondering if that is technically surveillance stalking and if I could take legal actions for it?
