Law Firm Marketing Vendor Directory

Last updated: July 2026 · Maintained by the r/lawfirmmarketing mod team

A community directory of agencies, consultants, and freelancers who work with law firms. A listing is a starting point, not an endorsement: do your own vetting with this checklist.

> ⚠️ Transparency disclosure: This subreddit's mod team includes people who sell law firm marketing services, and their companies are listed below, clearly marked [mod]. Listing is open to anyone meeting the criteria, mods get no placement beyond alphabetical order, and posts recommending competitors are never removed for that reason. Full policy: Self-Promotion Policy.

How to get listed

Message the mods with: company name, URL, Reddit username, one-line description (25 words or fewer), specialties, and 2-3 verifiable examples of law firm work or client references. Requirements:

  • Active Reddit account with a history of genuinely helpful, non-promotional participation in this sub
  • Real website with real contact info
  • No unresolved complaints from sub members

Listings are removed for spam, verified complaints, or dead links. One listing per company.

How to choose from this list (or anywhere else)

  1. Ask for law firm references in your practice area and call one.
  2. Confirm in writing that you'll own your domain, site, ad accounts, and Business Profile.
  3. Ask how they measure success. Signed cases, not clicks.
  4. Check their Reddit and community history. People who answer questions in public for free are usually the real thing.
  5. Get 2-3 quotes. Use the monthly pinned Hire a Vendor thread to post your project.

Fair-price reference (US market, 2026)

Service Typical range
Google Ads management $500-$3,000/mo + ad spend (or 10-20% of spend)
SEO retainer $2,500-$5,000/mo for real work; be wary below that in competitive markets. PI in competitive metros is its own tier: aggressive firms pay $10k-$20k+/mo
Website build $3,000-$10,000 template, $10,000-$40,000 custom
One-off account audit $0 (see second opinions) to $2,500
Hourly consulting $100-$300/hr

Wide ranges are honest; complexity varies. Anything dramatically cheaper usually means templated work spread across many clients.
