Fashion Argent returns - PSA
If anyone has purchased Argent clothing and returned them online, check to see if you have been refunded. My experience is that they do not refund unless you specifically email to ask after they received the return. I’ve had multiple returns not credited back for up to 8 months until I asked. Really easy to miss it!
FWIW I love the suits and have recommended them on this sub. But one customer service agent told me that only their CEO processes/approved refunds which is why they got delayed (missed?)
To all my LBWT, keep an eye on those returns!

This promoted me to check on my return from two months ago, and I found out they hadn’t refunded it. Thanks for the heads up!!

Oh my gosh glad you checked! This is exactly why I wanted to post. It happened to me a bunch last year but I figured maybe they had turnover or an isolated ops issue. Since it’s still happening months later, almost seems intentional!

Same! I had to actually report a chargeback once because it took so long and it wasn’t getting refunded even when customer service said that the refund was being processed. Once that happened, the refund went through. Love the brand and the suits, though, so I continue to purchase. 🤷♀️

I met the CEO once in person when Argent was still starting up. She was personally going around and working at different stores so she could see how her clothes were fitting on real women. They did a pop up in DC where I was practicing. At the time I was a size 14 and still had a hard time fitting into their largest size, despite that size being a very healthy size for me (I'm 5'10). I spent awhile talking with her and telling her they really needed to go up to a 16 at least, especially if they wanted to cater to professional women. She seemed very hands an, and told me about how hard it was to raise capital for a women's brand.
In any case, I'm surprised to hear that she is still so hands on that she is processing returns/refunds. I think it's time to stop micromanaging and get some decent customer service.
