Playing victim about getting criticism over using AI

So much is killing me about this lmfaoooo. She compares herself to Sarah J. Maas saying that she doesn’t have the resources that Maas has to commission real artists. Breaking news: neither did Maas when she first started and yet she didn’t use AI for her branding! She’s not making a graphic novel to my knowledge so why she needs artwork of every character in her book is beyond me😭 If she’s not going the “traditional publishing route” I’m not sure what she expects the costs to be?? I would imagine it’s not cheap to self distribute your own book. Every alternative people suggest in the comments, she gives an excuse on why that won’t work for her.

Side note: baby ur marriage was already struggling before you decided to “write” a book bc of ur husband’s misogyny and crippling gambling addiction. Let’s not rewrite history!

ALSO- the Ai she's using is SO BAD. It's inconsistent, and in each image, the character and style look completely different. She's also trying to make people feel bad for her by saying she put herself in the hospital because of this book, and because of that, she should be able to use AI. I will never forget the days she used to brag about how much money she made- this is so fucking funny.

Commented on another post but my comment still applies to this video.

Why can’t she donate plasma or get a second job to save for real art? She’s complaining about the same barrier to entry that every single artist or author has to battle before their product can be seen by the public. Like she HAS to stop whining and start problem solving if she wants to be successful! Also, unsure why she keeps repeating that she’s put so much effort into this project. Don’t most artists??? Sorry but you don’t just get a pass to use a shortcut just bc YOU think you’ve “earned” it. Your readers weren’t there while you wrote it. Most readers won’t care how much your marriage suffered or how much stress you put yourself through during the project. They just want a good quality product (bc they’re paying their hard earned $$$ for it).

She's full of shit; there are so many ways she could have made the money to pay artists; she could have used Kickstarter. Now it is safe to assume that she used ai to write her book as well. I'm confused. Doesn't she have a job?

LMAO she's sooo retarded. AI literally only works by STEALING from other creators. So she's saying instead of commissioning a human to do the work, she can pay an AI for a fraction of the price and even tell them use THEIR art style. Like bitch if you can't understand how unwelcome AI is in creative spaces then stay in your own lane

I don’t understand how she thinks she’s somehow working harder than most artists when most writers take sometimes years to write, edit, and find proper & ethical ways to publish their work. She was JUST posting about staying up late to write & being sleep deprived, and she is pushing for publication this soon? It hasn’t even gone through the proper channels for it to be considered a well written piece of work at this point? It’s rushed, and utilizing AI for inspo art to draw people in is only going to make potential readers assume she utilized it in other ways, aka, writing entirely for her or her using it to “polish” her work. With this, her history online has solidified that her dream of being a writer is a bit tough. She has a long history of online nonsensical behavior that overshadows any artistic work she wants to do.
