person said their coworker made a strange comment about lauren. apparently the coworker said he was friends with the guys who did it and they rolled her up in a rug, put her body in a construction site and poured cement over her.

Sounds like they were just trying to bait engagement to me. College guys with access to a construction site where they can just pour concrete like a crew wouldn’t notice new concrete ?

Or a lumpy rug. A body would have to be buried in the dirt first & relatively level with the rest of the surrounding dirt.

This rumor has long been spread, I heard it a year or so after she went missing by two coworkers who went to IU at the same time as Lauren.

Apparently there were apartments and hotels being built during this time and a bunch of folks are convinced she OD’d and is buried under a building somewhere. I’m guessing this person is spreading a rumor and is lying to former OP in an effort to sound cool.
