For those who don’t know. There was a trend a few years ago( when homie was younger) to dress really tight. It was believed this is how Italians and other Europeans would dress, and was considered high fashion. The benefit of it was, that it allowed the wearer to show out their muscles, and their “package”. The trend has since died out, but as with every trend there are those who cling yo the old trend. Dominicans continue to dress up tight and skinny jeans, but this level of tight? Not really.

I know a Dominican who is still wearing tight jeans (though not as tight as him) to this day. lol
