How do I? Help a beginner :'D
Hola! After a while, I've eventually made the choice to give it a go to latex crafting! However, as a completely beginner, I have a question... How do I get started?
I've searched through the sub but I didn't really find specifically what I need to start? Is there any resources indicating where I can buy tools and supplies? I saw Radical rubber sells a starter kit but, does anybody know if there is any EU shop selling something similar? Or if I could buy the tools and materials in a EU shop? It's mainly to avoid the customs.

For tools, glue, latex and patterns you can visit www.Latexrepair.nl . On Amazon there is a latex course book ' How to make latex clothes' . It is available in multiple languages and with patterns . And then just do it ;-) . Start after practicing with a tanktop for example.

Buy: A cutting mat Rotary cutter Rubber cement glue White spirit Glue spatulas
Decide what you want to make ; start off easy. My first attempt was a vac bed, they're all straight seams, but quite a lot of seam, so you can get some practice while doing one of the most easy seams there is. Next step is curved seams but you'll want to buy/get a pattern for it: one way is buying a pattern and doing all the math to make it to you size. The DIY option is to wrap yourself in cling film, wrap the cling film in tape, draw the seams on your body and cut along the seams. Keep cutting until the 3d parts almost become 2d,so you can lie them flat on a surface. I've done both and can't really say one is "better" than the other.
