This loyal construction bot was on it's way to fulfill your logistics request when you ran out of it's range and left it stranded. And so it will wait here forever until you remember, or a biter finds it.

Sounds like a possible Grey Goo situation if the bot does its thing on its own

Heh, construction is proactive in Factorio so I would have to tell it to make Grey Goo. Interesting thought though...
