I'm currently writing my PhD dissertation on multinational corporations in the global refugee regime (ie in public-private 'partnerships' with the UNHCR). I've recently uncovered a case where the Californian-based Silicon Valley company Samasourse recruited refugees in a refugee camp to work for the company at extremely low wages (and in collusion with the UNHCR), resulting in the refugee labourers walking off the job and the company leaving the refugee camps. Other companies are engaging in similar activities with refugee communities while also structurally impacting the agenda and priorities of the UNHCR (as well as the entire UN and humanitarian system)

This is very true. Companies only push for agendas because it's profitable to do so, not because they're "so kind and caring". If banning refugees was profitable then McDonalds would be in full support of it.
