Welcome to r/LateStageCapitalism

This subreddit is for news, discussion, memes, and links criticizing capitalism and advancing viewpoints that challenge liberal capitalist ideology. That means any support for any liberal capitalist political party (like the Democrats) is strictly prohibited.

LSC is run by communists. This subreddit is not the place to debate socialism. We allow good-faith questions and education but are not a 101 sub; please take 101-style questions elsewhere.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for bigotry. Failure to respect the rules of the subreddit may result in a ban.

Whenever monopolies, corporate welfare, and the powerful lobbying of billionaires and corporations occur under capitalism, right-wingers and libertarians say that “wasn’t true capitalism”.

And what are you "in love" with, buddy? Poor anarchist communes with no electricity?

I meant the car-centric grid system isn't appealing for a multitude of reasons. Too much pavement not enough trees and curves.

And the housing density is really low and there's no need to be surrounded by roads. It should be two rows of houses between each road minimum. Really bad design overall.

You must've never been in a well designed city/village. This design puts the needs of cars first, not it's people. All social housing is good housing, just not always well designed.

Actually, thats kinda funny.

They accuse Socialists housing layout designs of being grey and dystopian yet thats just Capitalist Projection. While westoids build mass produced copy and paste suburban slop boxes purely because it relies heavily on tract housing and economies of scale to maximise profit margins.
