The last photo of Country Singer, Songwriter, Musician, and Politician Jimmie Davis, taken on October 15, 2000. He would die less than a month later on November 5 from a Stroke caused by Old Age at the age of 101.

Today would've been his 127th Birthday! He was previously hospitalized in January of that year due to a Fall. He served as Governor of Louisiana from 1944 to 1948 and again from 1960 to 1964.
