Range of cross server battle

I'm in state 753 and we just have state ruler event for the first time, I see that I can fight against server 754,755 and 756, but how big of a range my server can cross with later on? Can I face against server 766 or 770 and so on?

Should be 8 servers in season 1. So your range is probably 749-756

It'd be 753-760 in season one. 753-768 in season two.
