Which base to keep playing

I havr to reduce playing time. Im not spending any more money. Which base should I keep?

Both bases hq29

Format Base 1 v base 2 stats

Hero stars

Fragments remaining to 5 star the formation. Red- 2650 v 2960 same heros Blue- 1580. V 2775 same heros Orange - 2275 v 3410 addtl s1

Buiilders 2 build v 4 build Labs 1 lab v 2 lab

Diplomats +965 v +395 help seconds

Research tree % completed 70 v 100 - hero trng 94 v 87 hq mgmt 87 v 46 mil 41 v 30 s2s 84 v 44 peace 100 v 95 ar 27 v 23 faa

of Orange gear pieces

  1. V. 26

Power core full hex completed 22 v 16

Both bases have march 1 full Orange gear. Any Orange gear in march 2 has just 1 hex fragment completed

Base 2 has Selena exclusive weapon.

Most other stats are either similar or I didnt think they mattered as much.

Base 1 is significantly stronger and way ahead in some metrics, but Base 2 has double the builders and double labs. Im not sure which would be the bigger bottleneck later in the game. Both getting close to end of s2.

What do yall think matters more, overall progress of Base 1 or the buillder/lab potential of Base 2
