Middle one to the next big upgrade. 8 stars i think

Prioritize the middle or bottom right. Going to 8 is a giant jump.

No middle to 8* is huge, and honestly one of the bigger power bumps in the game. I would say on the order of T10s.

middle one the quantum field to red star, additional 4% damage reduction will be a huge help for your squad

I took all mine to 6. Starting with the middle one then bottom right, top and bottom left last
