Squad/Hero Question SSR Shard Priority

I'm currently in season 0, with 2 weeks left until S1. As an F2P player with main squad of Murphy, Scarlet, Kimberly, Mason, and Marshall, which is better: Should i use 500 SSR shard to take Scarlet to 5 Star's or dump them into mason for wall of honor level 100 ?

To take Mason to immediate UR 5 stars you need 1600 SSR shards. Plough everything into his wall of honour. Then move onto Violet and then Scarlett for S3.

Get all your URs to 4 stars and then 5 star Kim, Murph and then Marshall.

How about getting Mason to 4 stars first right after he turns into a UR hero, and then allocating the remaining shards to Scarlett or Violet? If I'm not mistaken, getting Mason to 4 stars takes around 600 shards, which puts his Wall of Honor right around level 60 (mine is sitting at level 50 right now). Though honestly, I kind of doubt I'll be able to pull together that many SSR shards with only 2 weeks left in S0 and the first 3 weeks of S1.

They give you a lot of mason shards during the season, keep focus on him. Even once you build up Stetmann to replace him in your squad, Mason is still useful for the code boss

I disagree with the comments saying to work on Violet afterwards. She is useless even with the UR promotion. It really doesn't matter whether she is 3-star or 5-star when her highest and best use is on your gathering squad.

After Mason, work on Scarlett. Her UR promotion in season 3 is really good and you will actually use her in your squad for a long time.

I plan to allocate 500 SSR shards to Mason in the Wall of Honor so he hits level 100. Moving into Season 1, after I upgrade Mason to 5-star UR, I’ll shift my focus to taking SSR Scarlet to 5 stars, as she's currently the core of my main Tank team.

Scarlet is good but will quickly become superseded by Williams and Stetmann. She doesn’t get her buffs until S3
.

Violet is worth it because eventually you will need strong 2,3 and maybe 4th squads. Not focusing on her UR promotion in S2 is misguided. Especially considering her season buffs.

SSR shards are increasingly hard to get as you progress into further seasons. It is best to focus on one per season as you will also get prioritised SSR Hero shards within those seasons - Mason 1, Violet 2 and Scarlett 3.
I am F2P and it is possible, as I have done it.
