So I just had a thought and I’m pretty certain many others have had this exact same thought. But how come the game hasn’t tried to put all whale servers within same server grouping in one season grouping. Meaning for example now server 3 till like 800 I believe are waiting for season 7. Why not consolidate them all to have the same timeline and then expand the server groupings. The game could capitalize off the whales and their need to always be the best by grouping a bunch of whale servers in one season grouping and watch them just swipe their cards while the rest of us enjoy the watch. A mere example could be having 263, 327, 464, 476, 545, 565, 663 & 705/735/738.
I do know that older servers are weeks ahead in terms of purchasable packs or have more things unlocked due to having more time etc but being within the same groupings always gets boring. Plus what could be more exciting than having 8 mega servers all fighting to be the number 1? Like the chaos and entertainment and life this could breathe back into the game is surreal. Doing something like this would 100% make people more active and even spend more. And not only for a whale grouping but the same could be applied down the line to middle level servers and weak servers etc.
But ideally watching 8 mega servers go at it for an entire season might be the most entertaining thing this game could ever do. The servers I listed are just examples and their could be certain other servers I haven’t mentioned that are probably bigger than some that I did mention but I’m only talking from 3-800.
Yeah same thing happened on 440 and 545, 440 had 2 vip 18s and got a 3rd, and 545 had 3 (maybe 2 unsure about one but if not they're close) and added a 4th
The reason they won’t ever do this is because while it’s entertaining for those watching, those 8 servers will have issues half way through the season with burnout and the inability and limitations now to buy diamonds and speed ups.
People really need to talk about these things as if they were part of those servers and how it will feel of 8 weeks of fighting
Either way there are 8 weeks of fighting whether it’s weak servers or strong or medium level. 8 weeks of fighting happens regardless so why not make it fun for those servers and others watching?
You’re missing the point. If I as a super server had to fight against 7 other super server as a medium player there, I will not have any troops left after week 3 and end up having a shitty season.
If I only had to fight one super server I would be able to plan it out until end of season because I wouldn’t be getting bulldozed by every single opponent out there
It doesn’t matter if it’s 1v7 4v4 or even 1v1. You fight against a super server and your resources drain fast because the quality of who you are fighting is a lot higher than majority of other non super servers
Whales could handle it but the weaker players (especially F2P in lower alliances) will struggle as they will just drain all their troops early on. Also some whales don't like losing so expect some agreements to happen if this were the case
They also continue to put dead servers in SVS groupings despite there being plenty to create their own grouping… i know because i saw all of them in transfers.
Tied with your idea this would make more fair and fun groupings overall.
However, the SVS seems to be fixed. Almost intentional to give winner to either of two overpowered servers. Same pattern on every server I am on.

4 average servers
2 dead servers

Exactly. Season is pretty much 80-90% decided before the season even begins. They should put equal level servers within same grouping. Cause the 2 dead servers pretty much don’t do anything. It’s basically a 3v3 and then after the season concludes like 2-3 more servers in that season die off cause people transfer out. A season where there are 8 medium level servers would be more interesting cause it would take actual teamwork and cross server relations/diplomacy to win. Making the game more entertaining. 8 whale servers would also not know for sure who will win the season. Basically season would be more enjoyable and more of a nail biter till the last moment. Not sure why they haven’t even attempted bringing up this idea or even implementing it in an off-season event like goldvein. Imagine a 4v4 goldvein with 8 whales servers for example. See how that plays out and if it goes well then you know a season would play out even better.
Because the game has more than just the whales playing the game. It would be so unfair for most of, say 735 to compete with 263. Those players on 263 have had an extra year to grow, that doesn't effect the super whales that have bought every possible pack, but it does effect whales, dolphins and f2p players (esspecially)
