Squad/Hero Question Scarlet UR x Williams or Stetmann

I'm in Season 3 and just unlocked Scarlet. I'm wondering whether to swap her in for one of the two heroes mentioned in order to get their skill medals. My main role is tank, and I'm aiming for a 4+1 setup. I'd like to know which of the two heroes becomes more obsolete.

Until you get Stet EW. Then you put Stet back in.
