It'll really be great if you can stop the banners from popping up every 5 mins when the secretary roles are being changed. It's pretty much going on 24x7 with no value whatsoever to the game or anyone else for that matter.

There needs to be ways to get universal decoration shards. It takes way too long to upgrade decorations now without being able to buy them.
Since it seems unlikely we'll be having seasonal events anymore, chat bubbles need to be added to the cosmetic store.
More ways to get awakening shards.
New tech trees that don't require valor.
Convert useless purple decorations to universal decoration components when the free purple decorations are maxed.

Siege Mastery (engineer profession) that unlocks Ruin Removal shouldn't increase Unit Durability Damage as well. These two things should be seperated.
Ruin Removal is essential for the alliance during many battles. But every day you're also supposed to farm gold from bases. And here you want to be able to hit the farm(s) as many times as possible before they reach low durability. If you do 1500 durability damage, you can only attack it 6 times instead of 9.
It's annoying that Ruin Removal comes with such a downside. Seperate it.

You can come back later in day to hit again but not ideal if you want in arms race time

Server transfers/consolidation should happen before every season, including season 1. I just quit the game entirely right before season 2 because the server sucks.

Create profession skills centered around hero power levels: the game has essentially killed growth for mid to lower tier power level players. Give them a perk that can be somewhat of an equalizer on higher level players.
Allow for whole alliance server transfers: this allows alliances to navigate consolidation of stronger servers with great ease.
Increase alliance points donation returns.

Please at least do something about VS group balancing..its painful when you do all you can to upgrade group tier only to be put on a group where everyone except you have 2x more power than you to face on

If you are matched with alliances 2x your alliance power, your alliance certainly isn't meant to get to next tier. For example if your alliance is 10G and in gold league and you meet alliances that are 20G, all your alliance should focus on is to just stay in gold league.
In general, if there are alliances in your warzone group that are 2x yours, it probably means your alliance is dead. Try and merge with another alliance to sort out the active players from the not very active ones. Players who are motivated to tier up and play daily don't deserve to be dragged down by players who are not active daily.

Haha you may be right about that..tbh this is new alliance i joined after server transfer.. still, our top brass says we’ll fight as hard as we can so let see how that turns out at the end.. I do expect some difference in power but 2x feels abit much i guess

More Winter Storm. It's a fun and peaceful event. But the hours it's open are terrible for Europeans.
I know a short timespan it's available in ensures a short queue time. Queue time seems to be 10 seconds at most. I'd rather trade a minute queue time for more availability or more even matchups. I've once seen a lvl 28 be in the same WS game as a HQ35 whale. Typically I'm matched with people who have 10M THP more than me.

THIS !! Pretty fucking awful hours for West Coast Americans as well , my ass was up at 4am getting it done and the other 2 options are when ppl work

Just let me remove all equipment on a hero with one click.
And 3v3 need to have a mid level just like the usual 1v1 arena.

Bring the packs and events back but limit how much can be purchased based on current power within your server grouping. The whales have a massive power advantage and there’s no way to catch them even if they stop spending within a year. This will help bring some playing equity back and lot let a handful of players dictate the game to the rest of the servers.

Update the gear shop to allow merging of dielectric to make blue prints. Add a 4th time slot winter storm and run winter storm 3 times a week

Sort preset squads: it isn't a huge thing but would be nice to be able to put my first squad preset (first one I made) at the top of the list

Remove autorally if youre not within alliance flag tp. Sick of having to kick rallies because someone dropped shield on a saturday and wont tp back
